Her most recent disappearance occurred on the evening of Monday, May 19, 2025, when she was last seen around 10:30 p.m. at her home on Chambers Street in Swatara Township, Dauphin County. Local authorities, including the Swatara Township Police Department and Dauphin County Juvenile Probation, initiated a search for her, urging the public to report any information regarding her whereabouts.

This incident is not the first time Alaysha has been reported missing. In March 2025, when she was 12 years old, she was last seen leaving her residence in the 300 block of Chambers Street in Steelton on a Saturday evening. An update later confirmed that she had been found.

Earlier, in February 2024, at the age of 11, Alaysha was reported missing after leaving her home in the Enhaut-Steelton area around 6:30 a.m. She was last seen wearing a black hooded sweatshirt with a white Nike logo on the front, black pants, and black Crocs, and was carrying two tote bags, one black and one purple.

In March 2022, at the age of 9, Alaysha was reported as a runaway.
