A Tranquil Sunday Turns Tragic

On November 19, 2017, the serene coastal waters near Half Moon Bay, California, became the backdrop for a maritime mystery. A 17-foot vessel was found spinning uncontrollably off Martin's Beach, approximately eight miles south of Pillar Point Harbor.
