Daniel Elton Windley, affectionately known as “Dano” to friends and family, vanished without a trace on March 29, 2018, in Charleston, West Virginia. At the time, the 45-year-old Navy veteran was last seen behind a Lowe’s store near the Kanawha River in the Kanawha City neighborhood.
