The Last Known Sighting

Scott Vaughan, a 37-year-old resident of Lihue, Hawaii, was last seen on April 25, 2019. At the time of his disappearance, he was wearing a blue T-shirt, board shorts, and slippers. Notably, Vaughan did not possess a phone or vehicle, which may have contributed to the challenges in locating him. He typically resided on the west side of the island.
