A Quiet Morning in Eustis

On March 17, 1978, Scott Orville Musser, a 20-year-old resident of Eustis, Florida, was last seen at a local grocery store in unincorporated Lake County. That day, he failed to show up for work—a detail that immediately raised concerns among those who knew him. The circumstances surrounding his disappearance were deemed suspicious, but despite the passage of time, no substantial leads have emerged to explain what happened to Scott that day. 

A Life Interrupted

Scott Musser was a young man with his whole life ahead of him. Standing at 5 feet 11 inches and weighing between 160 to 165 pounds, he had brown hair and blue eyes. There is little publicly available information about his personal life, but his sudden disappearance left a void in the community and among his loved ones. 

The Lake County Sheriff's Office took on the investigation, but despite their efforts, the case went cold.
