An Experienced Hiker’s Journey into the Unknown

Peter Cowley, a 35-year-old British tourist from Lambeth, South London, embarked on a hiking expedition in the mountainous regions near Sitka, Alaska, in July 1992. Known for his extensive hiking experience, Cowley was well-prepared for the challenges of the Alaskan wilderness.
