Standing at 4 feet 11 inches and weighing approximately 95 pounds, Cherrita is described as a Black woman with brown hair and brown eyes. Her disappearance was officially reported to the Oakland Police Department on April 26, 2019, under case number 19-020915. Despite being listed in national databases such as the National Missing and Unidentified Persons System under case number MP57955, there have been no significant developments in her case since her disappearance.
