Alisha Lynn Blair Ivy, known affectionately as Blair to her friends and family, was a vibrant 23-year-old woman residing in Quitman, Mississippi. Standing at 5 feet 11 inches tall and weighing between 150 to 175 pounds, she had dark brown hair, green eyes, and several distinctive tattoos on her upper leg, chest, back, and arms. Alisha was known for her warm personality and close relationships with her loved ones. Her sudden disappearance on October 28, 2018, left her community in shock and spurred an ongoing investigation that has yet to yield answers.

The Day She Disappeared

On the day of her disappearance, Alisha was last seen at approximately 6:00 PM at a residence located at 206 Long Boulevard in Quitman, Mississippi. She was living there with a male friend named Steve Ray Perry, a retired police officer in his 60s. According to reports, Alisha's best friend visited her at the residence that day.
