A Mysterious Disappearance

On June 11, 1992, Deborah Kay Johnson vanished without a trace from San Leandro, California. At 39 years old, Deborah was last seen in the area, and since that day, no confirmed sightings or communications have been reported. Deborah stood between 5'0" and 5'5" tall and weighed approximately 115 to 135 pounds. She had brown hair and green eyes, with a freckled complexion and double-pierced ears. Distinctive features included a pink rose tattoo on her chest, a butterfly tattoo on her lower abdomen, and a surgical scar on her abdomen. She may have been wearing jewelry such as a diamond and opal ring, gold chain necklaces, diamond earrings, and a Black Hills gold anklet at the time of her disappearance. 

Alternate Names and Nicknames

Deborah was known to use the last names Griswold and Jeglum and may have gone by the nickname "Debbie" or the initials "D.J." These aliases could have been used in various aspects of her life, potentially complicating efforts to trace her whereabouts. 
