A Fateful Voyage: The Disappearance of Lee Spencer

On November 26, 1996, 26-year-old Lee Spencer was aboard the fishing vessel Tamra Dawn when it was reported to be sinking near Clarence Strait, approximately two miles from Point McCarty, south of Ketchikan, Alaska.
