On April 23, 1993, 19-year-old Linh Kenneth Tran vanished while surfing off Laguna Beach along Highway 1 near Laguna Road in Santa Cruz County, California. Born on May 16, 1973, Linh was a young Asian-American man with black hair and brown eyes. He stood 5 feet 6 inches tall and weighed approximately 125 pounds.
