On March 20, 1994, 23-year-old Paul Wayne Johnson was last seen at 225 W. Madison Street in Phoenix, Arizona. This location, situated in downtown Phoenix, was the final confirmed sighting of Paul. Despite the passage of over three decades, no further information about his whereabouts has surfaced. His family and friends have not seen or heard from him since that day. 

Physical Description and Identifying Features

At the time of his disappearance, Paul was described as a white male, standing between 5'8" and 5'9" tall, and weighing between 145 and 155 pounds. He had brown hair and brown eyes. Notably, he had a small mole on his left earlobe, a scar several inches long under the hairline from a childhood skull fracture, and a history of a fractured left hand. Paul was also left-handed. 

The Phoenix Police Department has been the primary agency investigating Paul's disappearance. The case is registered under the agency case number 2006-61275477.
