Background

Antonio Fazari, affectionately known as "Tony," was a 21-year-old Hispanic male at the time of his disappearance. Standing between 5'8" and 5'10" tall and weighing between 200 and 230 pounds, Tony had black, curly hair and brown eyes. Distinctive features included a birthmark on his buttocks and scars from dog bites on his left elbow and the lower right side of his back.
