A Man Lost to Time

Arthur John Levario Sr. was last seen in Phoenix, Arizona, in 1970. At 41 years old, he stood approximately 5'9" tall, weighed around 130 pounds, and had brown hair and brown eyes. A distinguishing feature was a scar on his left elbow.
