A Routine Hunting Trip Turns Mysterious

On October 15, 1995, 37-year-old Gerald Jackson, Jr. embarked on what was expected to be a typical hunting excursion on Prince of Wales Island, Alaska. Known for his experience in the outdoors, Jackson's failure to return home marked the beginning of a perplexing case that remains unresolved decades later. Despite extensive search efforts, no trace of Jackson was found, leading authorities to presume him deceased.

At the time of his disappearance, Jackson was described as a 37-year-old American Indian/Alaska Native man, standing 70 inches tall and weighing approximately 175 pounds.
