A Journey Interrupted

On July 13, 2009, Arturo Rodriguez-Davila, a 26-year-old resident of Valle, Arizona, was preparing to visit his family in Mexico. He planned to catch a ride with an acquaintance from Valle to Phoenix, from where he intended to either fly or take a bus to Mexico. His wife was the last known person to see him before his departure .

Arrival and Disappearance in Mexico

Reports confirm that Arturo successfully arrived at his family's home in Mexico. However, after this point, communication ceased. According to credible statements from his family, Arturo was kidnapped in El Molina, Zacatecas, Mexico. There is no record of him crossing back into the United States after July 13, 2009 .

Official Investigations and Records

The case was officially reported to the Coconino County Sheriff's Office on July 20, 2009. The National Missing and Unidentified Persons System (NamUs) lists Arturo's case under the number MP66192. Despite these records, there has been little progress in the investigation, and Arturo remains missing .
