Lance Brabham, a 42‑year‑old pilot from Soldotna, Alaska, vanished on December 3, 2007 while piloting a LifeGuard Alaska medevac helicopter—a Eurocopter BK 117—during a mission originating in Cordova and bound for Anchorage.
