A Mother’s Ordinary Morning

On the morning of February 17, 1993, 24-year-old Tracy Michelle Samuels began her day like any other. The following evening, Tracy's pickup truck was discovered abandoned at the Cherry Hill Apartments, the same location where she was last seen. The vehicle's presence there, coupled with the witness account, deepened concerns about her safety. Despite extensive searches and investigations, no further trace of Tracy was found. ...Read More
