A Quiet September Departure

On September 1, 2016, 32-year-old Courtney Marie Finnell was last seen leaving her mother’s home in Millsboro, Delaware. At the time, Courtney was experiencing homelessness and frequently stayed in the Millsboro and Dagsboro areas.
