A Quiet Night Turns Ominous

On the night of January 23, 2019, Daniel Alan Price, a 29-year-old resident of Lexington, North Carolina, vanished under circumstances that continue to baffle investigators and haunt his loved ones. Daniel, originally from Myrtle Beach, South Carolina, had moved to Lexington in 2018 and was living with two roommates, Christopher Ryan Burgess and Natasha Lee Myers, in a house on Pearl Drive. That evening, Daniel left a "very long, but disturbing" voicemail for his mother, Tina Vehec, shortly before midnight. This was the last known communication from him.  

The Mysterious Disappearance

The following day, Daniel's girlfriend, Jenn Riffe, reported him missing after he failed to return calls and messages—a behavior uncharacteristic for him.
