A Mysterious Disappearance from Laguna Honda Hospital

On January 17, 2017, Timothy Henderson, a 64-year-old man, vanished from Laguna Honda Hospital, a long-term care facility in San Francisco, California. Henderson, who also went by the alias Timothy Montgomery, was in a manual wheelchair due to the amputation of his right leg above the knee. Despite his physical limitations, he disappeared without a trace, leaving behind a trail of unanswered questions and a community seeking closure. 

Physical Description and Identifiers

At the time of his disappearance, Henderson was described as an African-American male, approximately 5 feet 9 inches tall, weighing around 150 pounds. He had gray hair and brown eyes. Notably, he was missing his right leg and used a manual wheelchair for mobility.
