To sum up, first, we were not staying there. He was not a roommate. We went over to stay the night at my mom’s house. He ended up. Punching a 14-year-old girl over the dishes that I was doing because I was pregnant and contracting mind you I was 16 years old. He was 22. We had an extremely tough relationship because he was extremely abusive and had a horrible addiction to methamphetamines constantly being beaten. At the same time, I was pregnant with his child my brother has intellectual disor... ...View Post & Comment
Does anyone else think there might be more to this story than what’s been reported so far? I just can't wrap my head around what could possibly have caused such a drastic turn of events between roommates. From what I’ve read about Nikolai “Beefy Hunnid,” he seemed like such a spirited and kind-hearted person. It’s tough seeing someone with such a promising future and passion for life go like this. I guess we'll need to wait for more information to come out, but my thoughts are with Nik... ...View Post & Comment
I've been following this case closely, and something that keeps coming up for me is how Nikolai was an up-and-coming musician. I never had the chance to listen to his music before, but I recently found some tracks he posted online. It's truly a loss of potential talent. You could hear the passion in his work, and it's devastating to think of how his life was cut short just as he was starting to find his voice. The whole community is left wondering what could have been, and my heart goes out to h... ...View Post & Comment
I knew Devan as a co-worker/friend. He was truly a beautiful human being. He would help anybody. He would feed the homeless, help the elderly with anything, and you could also count on him for a great laugh every time you encountered him. Let alone a very handsome, respectful, respectable, humble guy. He also was the type that would stand up for others and for what was right. I was devastated when I found out someone took such a beautiful soul away from this Earth. It made me wonder was it someo... ...View Post & Comment
Hey everyone,I've been thinking a lot about Shawn David Mullins, known to many as "Bossman." I didn't know him personally, but I've seen just how deeply his passing has affected the Danville community. I've heard from friends who shared memories of his humor and kindness, and it's clear that his loss is felt profoundly by those who knew him.Something that's been really striking for me is how little information has come out about the case since it happened. It's been over five years, and with no ... ...View Post & Comment

Hi everyone,I've been following the case of Detrick Terry, and I can't help but feel deeply for his family and loved ones who are still left without answers. It's so distressing to see how gun violence affects young individuals like Detrick and how these tragedies linger in the memories of those who cared about him. What's particularly concerning to me is the lack of community involvement and how it seems to be a barrier to solving these cases. I wonder what more can be done to encourage witness... ...View Post & Comment
Hi all,I just can't stop thinking about the courage of Ronald Kortz II. It's truly unfathomable to imagine being caught in such a terrifying situation and still trying to help a friend. Despite suffering critical injuries himself, Kortz tried to intervene in that horrific moment, and that speaks volumes about his character. It's a reminder of the selflessness and bravery we sometimes find in the worst of circumstances. I hope he has a strong support system as he recovers, both physically and emo... ...View Post & Comment
Once Again for Edward Lay\'s youngest child/daughter (20 years old;21 in about 30 days) -- That is my father who was my whole world, and I was 7 years old when this happened. I had just talked to him on the phone not even an hour before this happened, and he was trying to come home. Mary had interrupted the phone call threatening my mother, my brother, and I, that she would hurt us if he was to come home to us. She had threatened my mother for months and attempted to cut all communication betwee... ...View Post & Comment
Has anyone else been thinking about the role of neighbors or those living close by during tragic incidents like what happened with Mary Swift? I keep wondering if anyone nearby heard the argument escalating or the gunshots. Situations like this really emphasize how important community awareness and involvement can be. It's like if someone hears something concerning, small actions like a wellness check or a call to emergency services could potentially make a difference next time. Also, I can't st... ...View Post & Comment

I’ve been reading through the details of what happened to Mary Swift, and I can’t stop thinking about her kids. Losing their mom like this, especially in such a violent way, is beyond imaginable. Living with that kind of loss is tough enough, but also having to understand that someone who was supposed to care for their mom caused such heartbreak must be even harder. I really hope that there’s a support system in place for them, be it extended family or community organizations, to help guid... ...View Post & Comment

Hey everyone,I’ve been following Travis Spencer’s case for a while now, and something that really stands out to me is the surveillance footage. It’s frustrating to think that even with cameras in the area, law enforcement still hasn’t been able to identify any suspects. I can't imagine how devastating this must be for Travis's family, waiting for answers and justice with such little to go on.It also makes me wonder about the quality and placement of surveillance cameras in areas like Par... ...View Post & Comment
The cameras were there, but that doesn’t always mean they’re clear enough or pointed in the right direction to actually help. It’s frustrating, because you’d think having surveillance would automatically lead to answers, but in cases like Travis’s, it just shows how limited the system can be.... ...View Post & Comment
Has anyone else been struck by the lack of detailed information on Kathleen Naughton's case? It baffles me that after all these years, there still seems to be a shroud of mystery surrounding her death in Chester, PA. I heard she was a loving mother, and I'm sure her family is still yearning for closure. It's frustrating to think about how many stories from that time might be incomplete due to inadequate record-keeping. It's crucial that we try to piece together whatever we can, not just for Kath... ...View Post & Comment

I've been following the disappearance of Hanley, and something that's been bugging me is the route he might have taken to get to Dana Point. Does anyone know if there were any reported road closures or unusual traffic conditions on that night? I've read stories where people have gone missing and later it's discovered that a detour or unexpected road condition led them to unfamiliar or unsafe areas. If anyone is local to that area and remembers anything, it might add a piece to this puzzle. Maybe... ...View Post & Comment
His car was seen on Ortega Highway heading out to Riverside County early in the morning and then seen coming back. His car was at his house the next morning with the key and garage remote on his driver\'s seat. Not sure if you\'ve seen the charges he incurred back in December of 2024. Might have led to this. Who knows who he was involved with. I suspect foul-play. The car being at his house, to me, was an attempt to try and avoid detection of him being missing. Has anyone else been following the case of Steven Smith? I came across it recently, and it’s baffling that there haven’t been any significant leads after all these years. I've been following Donyelle Moore's case since it first happened, and something that strikes me every time I think about it is the impact of ongoing violence in New Orleans despite the city's efforts to curb it. Moore was just 39 years old, and I can only imagine the potential and dreams he had. I was reading about Donyelle Moore's case and it got me thinking about the impact on families who are left without answers. It's truly distressing that despite all the efforts and programs in place like "NOLA for Life," so many families still wait for justice, unsure of what happened to their loved ones. The ripple effect of losing someone so suddenly, to violence, is unimaginable. I can’t help but feel for Moore’s family—it must be such a heavy burden to carry. I came across an article discussing the Harmon brothers' case and something caught my attention—how quickly Marquise Jones was apprehended across the country in San Jose. It makes me wonder about the effectiveness of police collaboration between states. Though it's horrifying to think about what Quamir and Quan must have gone through, it's a slight relief to know that there are systems in place that can work efficiently to track down suspects so far from the crime scene. My heart is with the H... ...View Post & Comment

Hey everyone,I’ve been following the discussion on Joshua Robert Fort’s case, and there’s something about the location where his body was found that keeps nagging at me. Mt. I’ve been following this case closely, and it absolutely boggles my mind how something like this could happen.
