I'm really disturbed after reading about Travon Jamal Davis's tragic passing at The Hub at Nora. I've been following the case, and it feels like there's a lot that needs to be dug into here. It's unsettling to hear that there was a domestic incident between Davis and the suspect just a month before. It makes me wonder if warning signs were overlooked or if there was an opportunity to intervene earlier. It's incredibly frustrating that the suspect was released without charges, but I do understand... ...View Post & Comment
It was by force. Travon got off of work at 6:00pm, 6:30pm he was shot and killed in his own home by his pregnant girlfriend who saw other girls in his inbox and shot him in the back as he was trying to leave the apartment because she had a gun. The gun was hers , he was unarmed. He was also on house arrest at the time and couldn’t go anywhere besides work. She could have left but instead she decided to kill my brother out of jealousy. One bullet in the floor and one in his back. His last words... ...View Post & Comment

This is my dad it’s been years & i still don’t believe he did this himself… knowing him as a person he wouldn’t have left me & my sister this way. I think there was more of an altercation where he might have disagreed to get out of the car & officers drew their guns first without firing & my dad was just quicker & did it himself because i know he would’ve been saying to himself “im not going out by being shot by a cop” because thats the type of man he was. Has anyone else looked into the friendships Jake Green and Mabel Manley might have had in the Kansas City community before their disappearances? It seems like with such a tight-knit workplace at the tavern, there might have been coworkers or regular patrons who noticed something off or unusual in the days leading up to March 2, 1972. Given the era and the close community ties back then, maybe there were some tensions or odd interactions that weren't given much thought at the time but could be si... ...View Post & Comment

I've been thinking a lot about the families of Jake Green and Mabel Manley. It must be incredibly difficult for them to not have closure after so many years. One thing that stands out is the complexity of cases like these, where there are potential links to a larger criminal network. It makes me wonder how frustrating it must be for families to hear about connections to known criminals like the McCrary family but still have no definitive answers or justice for their loved ones. The scope and rea... ...View Post & Comment
Thank You, it is incredibly difficult not having closure. Hey everyone,I've been following Halana Zakaria's case closely, and something that piqued my interest is the timing of her last known whereabouts. She was last seen on June 10, 2023, which was a Saturday. There seems to be very little information about what she was doing or where she might have been headed. I'm curious if anyone knows if there was any special event or occasion in Vegas around that time that she might have attended? Sometimes people go missing in such bustling, transient places l... ...View Post & Comment
Court records confirm Halana was still in custody through June 15, 2023. NamUs currently lists June 10, 2023 as her last known date, which doesn’t match the custody records. This discrepancy is important because it affects the timeline of her disappearance. She couldn’t have been last seen freely on June 10th if she was still in custody.... ...View Post & Comment
I wanted to bring up something that's been on my mind about the Demerkus Wiltz case. Does anyone else find it odd that there hasn't been much talk about the relationship or connection between Wiltz and Carlton Lee? With Lee being 44 and Wiltz only 28, it makes me wonder what kind of interaction or conflict could have led to this. Hey everyone, I can't stop thinking about the impact that Lorenzo Frazier's case has had on his community. It’s so sad to see how his tragic death seems to have left an indelible mark on East 134th Street. I recently came across a documentary that discussed the case of Ashley and David from Barberton, and it made me think about how community support can make a difference after such tragedies.
