You are correct in that only William is coming up as missing. The coast guard extended their search for 3 weeks coming up with nothing. Williams truck and trailer were still at the ramp but that could have been staged. They all worked at Tropicana freight which hauled by sea….interesting. Juno Isles is a well known area close to the beach. That day was extremely cold and not a day for fishing. His boat trailer and truck was still at the ramp. I am a friend of the family and also the daughter of the Coast Guard commander that led the ocean search. Your questions are valid as no boat or debris was ever found after an extended 3 week search. The reason why there is a gap in the time of reporting him missing, is that he would occasionally call me (I am his brother), however once I hadn\'t heard from him in a while, I went to Gastonia to search for him to no avail. Took an interest in this case. She has ran away before, but the difference this time was her mother, Angelica Berardi, dying months earlier in January. She ran away at 11pm meaning I suspect she left on foot. The buses near there don\'t run at those times, and in FL you can\'t bring any non-service animals onto a bus (emotional support doesn\'t count). No mention of her ever owning a car.
