I was thinking about Megan Elizabeth Hall’s case, and something that really puzzles me is the vehicle she left in. Have there been any updates on whether it’s been located? It seems like such a crucial piece of the puzzle. In so many cases, the location of the car can provide huge clues about a person’s whereabouts or intentions. Did she leave any personal belongings behind in the vehicle, or was everything gone with her? Hoping someone has new information or theories related to the car si... ...View Post & Comment
It looks like it was just the plates. She is on the run from the law with her boyfriend. They both have warrants out for their arrest, and aren’t typical missing persons. They have jumped bail and are choosing to be on the run. ... ...View Post & Comment

I've been following Dominic Tomlin's case closely, and something that stands out to me is the location where his body was found. It’s so haunting to think about how isolated and vulnerable it must’ve been on those tracks in the middle of the night. I can't imagine the fear and confusion Dominic must have felt. The fact that the authorities initially thought it was a train accident, only to find out he had been tragically shot, just makes it even more chilling. This makes me wonder about the ... ...View Post & Comment

I recently came across the tragic case involving Trooper Michael Keith McCarter, and something that really struck me was how deeply connected he was to his community. From what I’ve read, Trooper McCarter was more than just an officer; he was a devoted husband, father, and Vietnam veteran. It's incredibly moving to think about the bravery and courage he exhibited not just on the day of the incident, but throughout his entire career. Recognized for his service, it's clear he left a lasting impa... ...View Post & Comment
Hi, Mike was my Papaw. My dad was 18 months old when he passed and it still touches us to this day. His anniversary with my grandmother was on April 1st and just 6 days later he was gone. We remember Mike to this day and see Cardinals and think of him. I am happy to tell you about him and his service. My Dad and my Nana as well as my sister and I miss him dearly and appreciate this documentation of his sacrifice. Thank you.... ...View Post & Comment
Does anyone else find the timing of Lampkin's trip a bit unsettling? I mean, he was supposedly headed to a funeral when all of this went down. At first, I thought maybe it was a desperate man losing control in a moment of grief, but the fact that he opened fire suggests intent, right? How would someone go from speeding to this kind of violence just like that? It's hard to comprehend, and my heart goes out to the families involved, especially thinking about how Donald Vice got caught in such a te... ...View Post & Comment

Zackery Alan Melton was my beloved son. He was murdered defending a woman from violent sex offender 46 year old Tyrone Jones of 26 Westminster Ave. After he murdered my son he kidnapped the woman my son died for. He was finally captured on May of 2025. His bail was set at 3.15 million cash bond. His preliminary hearing was in July of 2025. He has been charged with 8 counts. First degree murder, Kidnapping, domestic violence, a felon in possession of ammunition, a felon in possession of a fi... ...View Post & Comment

I live in Venice and I remember this story very clearly. So sick and disgusting how some people are. I\'m so so very sorry for your loss and hopefully this guy goes away for life! I still never understand them setting bail for crimes like this.... ...View Post & Comment
I was told the reason he has a bond is because he has never committed murder before. But the bond was really high and it had to be all cash in full. They set it to where he couldn\'t bail out and it gave the detectives time to build their case. The DA already backed the LAPD before he was captured. A rarity in CA. I have never been to California. It\'s unfortunate I am coming to represent my son who was shot dead by a man who had no business being on the streets much less with a gun to murder ... ...View Post & Comment

Hey everyone,I’ve been thinking a lot about Jennifer's time at Sullivan University lately. It seems like it was a really transformative period for her. Does anyone have more insight into her time there or maybe connections she made? I've read that she had such a passion for cooking, and I wonder if she had any big projects or dreams she was working on during her studies. Has anyone else been looking into the culinary path that Jennifer Suk McDermott took? It's truly inspiring how she pursued her passion for cooking and went from JVS School to Sullivan University. It seems she was quite dedicated and talented to make such strides in her education. I learned that she was known as the "mom" in her circle, which speaks volumes about her caring nature and the impact she had on others. I was thinking about Jennifer Suk McDermott’s legacy and how deeply she touched the lives of those around her. Her nickname, "mom," which her friends and family lovingly called her, speaks volumes about her nurturing nature. It's a testament to the love and care she gave to everyone in her circle. I can't help but feel for her family, especially during her services at Calvary Cemetery. Losing someone with such a warm heart leaves a big void. I'm devastated by what happened to Zackery Melton, known to so many as "Turtle." I've been following this tragedy closely and wanted to point out how deeply ingrained he was in the community. It's incredible to hear about his bravery in that moment, standing up against someone like Tyrone Jones, whose violent history makes him a significant danger. Zackery may have lived a transient lifestyle, but his presence in Venice was one of stability for the people around him. His protective nature and ki... ...View Post & Comment

Has anyone else been following the case of Zackery “Turtle” Melton? His story strikes a deep chord, especially given his reputation for looking out for others in the community. I was particularly touched to hear about the memorial at Westminster Dog Park. Has anyone else been following the Tony York case out of Alford, FL? I was reading through some old news articles and noticed that York was known to frequent a few local spots in Jackson County before he disappeared. Has anyone heard about the candlelight vigil Evitan's family organized last week? I can't even begin to imagine the grief they're enduring, especially around the anniversary of such a terrible day. It's touching to see the community showing up and supporting them in these difficult times. It's been almost five years since Evitan and Deonte were taken from their loved ones, and it feels like we're still no closer to answers. Something that's been on my mind is the impact of time on memories in cases like these. I've been following Karrupt Nesbitt's case closely, and something that stands out to me is the fact that she left on foot with a suitcase. It makes me wonder if there was a specific reason she packed a suitcase but chose not to drive or take public transport. Could she have been meeting someone? Or maybe she was planning to stay somewhere nearby? The choice to carry luggage indicates she was planning to be away for a bit, but her being on foot seems unusual. Hey everyone, I've been following the tragic incident at Club Space, and my heart goes out to CeCe Dunbar's family and friends. Something that stood out to me in this case is the senseless nature of the violence. How often do we hear about innocent bystanders getting caught up in something they had nothing to do with? I’ve been thinking a lot about the family Trooper Cronin left behind, especially his wife who was expecting at the time. It’s just unimaginable what she must have gone through. Not only did she lose her partner, but she also had to face the impending arrival of their child without him.
