I was told the reason he has a bond is because he has never committed murder before. But the bond was really high and it had to be all cash in full. They set it to where he couldn\'t bail out and it gave the detectives time to build their case. The DA already backed the LAPD before he was captured. A rarity in CA. I have never been to California.
