Among them was 25-year-old Raven "Rave" Lemons, a mother and former Kentucky State University student, who had spent the evening celebrating her birthday with family and friends. A white vehicle sped down the 500 block of East Ohio Street, and without warning, occupants of the car opened fire on the unsuspecting group. Panic ensued as bullets pierced the night air.
