Background of the Victims

Andrae Lowe, born on December 14, 1978, in Hollywood, Florida, was the youngest of three children to Willie Dell Lowe and the late Oscar Wallace, Sr. He grew up in Lake Forest, Florida, and graduated from Jean Whitten High School. Professionally, Andrae was an automobile broker and a recording producer. In 2008, he married Jessica Teah Chase, and together they had a son and two daughters. Andrae was known for his dedication to his family and his entrepreneurial spirit.
