A Promising Life Cut Short
On December 16, 2017, the city of Wilmington, Delaware, was shaken by the tragic death of 20-year-old Keanan Samuels. A college freshman at Benedict College in South Carolina, Keanan had returned home for the holidays, embodying the aspirations of a young man poised to make a significant impact on his community. His life was abruptly ended during a vigil held for his friend, Barry White, who had been murdered just months prior. The vigil, intended as a moment of remembrance and healing, turned into a scene of violence when shots were fired into the gathered crowd, fatally wounding Keanan. Despite immediate medical attention, he succumbed to his injuries, leaving a void in the hearts of his family and the community.
A Family's Plea for Justice
Keanan's death was not just a personal loss but a profound blow to a family deeply committed to uplifting Wilmington's youth. His uncle, Allen "Duffy" Samuels, is the founder of Duffy's Hope, a non-profit organization dedicated to supporting at-risk youth. In the wake of his nephew's senseless murder, Allen Samuels made an impassioned plea to the community: "Young people please hear my voice: 'enough is enough.' Put the guns down, because now it's another mother without a son, another young man who's not going to see his future." This heartfelt appeal underscores the devastating impact of gun violence and the urgent need for communal action to prevent further tragedies. ...Read More

on Vanished at Sea: The Mysterious Disappearance of Cameron Booth Off Chincoteague's Coast
He was a criminal, an abuser, likely who didn't want to face justice of his actions and took his own life because he could not face the consequences of what he did. The victims have told the family his crimes, with evidence. The family knows he was arrested and convicted of possession of CSAM. They know who and what he was. And they're all so equally sick they live in comfort that the victims don't want to retraumatize themselves over everything he put them through. Dont support this families sick parade of using a monster to get sympathy. He was never ashamed of who he was. He loudly boasted his crimes and justified them. The family shouldn't sit there and pretend, how far from reality are they to sit and post this man publicly on news outlets, websites, knowing who he is. Do they need attention that badly? They don't want the attention from the truth. The victims will never get justice. Do not pray for him o
