On May 6, 2017, the city of Indianapolis was shaken by a tragic incident that claimed the life of 17-year-old Angel Mejia-Alfaro, a student at Warren Central High School. That evening, Angel and his friends, including 18-year-old Dijon Anderson and 19-year-old Darius Moore, were near the intersection of 38th Street and Moller Road when gunfire erupted.
