On the frigid morning of February 16, 2025, 15-year-old Laroy Warner left his home on Quasar Drive in Fairbanks, Alaska, at approximately 6:07 AM, as captured by home surveillance footage. Dressed in dark pants and a brown leather jacket, Laroy stepped into the cold and vanished without a trace. His disappearance has since become a focal point in the community's ongoing concerns about missing persons, particularly among Alaska Native youth.

The Immediate Aftermath

Laroy's sudden disappearance prompted swift action from the Alaska State Troopers. A missing persons report was filed the same day, and the case was entered into the National Missing and Unidentified Persons System under case number MP142461. Despite these efforts, there have been no significant leads or developments in the case. Authorities have not released information suggesting foul play, but the lack of evidence has left many questions unanswered.

A Promising Young Life Interrupted

Before his disappearance, Laroy was an active member of his community and school. He participated in high school wrestling, competing in the 160 and 171-pound weight classes.
