Who Was Penny Peeler?

Penny Yvonne Peeler was a 37-year-old mother and Oklahoma resident whose life, workaday and unassuming, gave no warning of the mystery that would follow. Described as 5'6" to 5'7" and about 150 pounds, she had blonde or strawberry-blonde hair and blue to hazel eyes. She wore contact lenses and may have had a faint scar on her forehead.
