A Day of Leisure Turns Tragic
On March 25, 2023, 51-year-old Harvin Woods embarked on a boating excursion with friends, aiming to enjoy the serene waters near Elliott Key, a popular spot off the coast of Miami. The group anchored at the sandbar of Homestead Bayfront Park, a favored gathering place for locals seeking relaxation and recreation. As the sun began to set around 6 p.m., the atmosphere was filled with laughter and camaraderie. However, the day's tranquility was shattered when Woods was last seen on the sandbar, and subsequent efforts to locate him proved futile.
Immediate Search Efforts
Concerned for Woods' safety, his friends promptly alerted authorities. The U.S. Coast Guard received the report at approximately 12:20 a.m. on March 26, noting that Woods had not returned to Bayfront Park Marina from the sandbar. In response, an urgent marine information broadcast was issued, and search and rescue missions were launched, including a Coast Guard Station Miami Beach rescue crew and an Air Station Miami MH-65 Dolphin helicopter aircrew. The collaborative efforts aimed to scour the area swiftly, hoping to find any trace of Woods. on Vanished at Sea: The Mysterious Disappearance of Cameron Booth Off Chincoteague's Coast
He was a criminal, an abuser, likely who didn't want to face justice of his actions and took his own life because he could not face the consequences of what he did. The victims have told the family his crimes, with evidence. The family knows he was arrested and convicted of possession of CSAM. They know who and what he was. And they're all so equally sick they live in comfort that the victims don't want to retraumatize themselves over everything he put them through. Dont support this families sick parade of using a monster to get sympathy. He was never ashamed of who he was. He loudly boasted his crimes and justified them. The family shouldn't sit there and pretend, how far from reality are they to sit and post this man publicly on news outlets, websites, knowing who he is. Do they need attention that badly? They don't want the attention from the truth. The victims will never get justice. Do not pray for him o
