Michele Fawcett was a 35-year-old woman residing in West Homestead, Pennsylvania, at the time of her disappearance in 1997. Standing between 5'0" and 5'4" tall and weighing approximately 170 to 180 pounds, she had brown hair and brown eyes and was known to wear eyeglasses. Despite a past struggle with heroin addiction in the late 1980s, Michele had turned her life around, participating in a methadone treatment program and maintaining sobriety for several years prior to her disappearance. She was employed at two jobs—as a restaurant server and a convenience store cashier—and lived independently with her three well-trained dogs. Notably, Michele did not drive and relied on others for transportation.
On June 27, 1997, Michele was last seen at the Donegal exit of the Pennsylvania Turnpike in Westmoreland County, Pennsylvania. She was accompanied by Robert M. Weston, a former dentist known by the nickname "Dr. Bob," whom she had known for a few months. According to Weston's account to authorities, the pair traveled to Philadelphia that evening and returned to Westmoreland County the following morning. Weston claimed he dropped Michele off at a phone booth near Vincent's Plaza at the Pennsylvania Turnpike's Irwin exit. However, no independent witnesses confirmed seeing her there, and Michele has not been heard from since.
In October 1999, authorities began collaborating with the Allegheny County Coroner's Office to investigate potential connections between Michele's disappearance and several unsolved homicides of women in the Pittsburgh area during the late 1990s. Many of these victims had histories of drug abuse or prostitution, similar to Michele's past. While investigators could not definitively link all the cases, they believed some might be connected. It remains unclear whether Michele's case is related to these homicides, but the possibility has not been ruled out.
Since Michele's disappearance, there has been little progress in the investigation. Her Social Security number has not been used, and no new evidence has surfaced to indicate her whereabouts. The lack of witnesses and physical evidence has made the case particularly challenging for law enforcement. Despite these obstacles, the Allegheny County Police Department continues to seek information, and Michele's case remains open. ...Read More

on Vanished at Sea: The Mysterious Disappearance of Cameron Booth Off Chincoteague's Coast
He was a criminal, an abuser, likely who didn't want to face justice of his actions and took his own life because he could not face the consequences of what he did. The victims have told the family his crimes, with evidence. The family knows he was arrested and convicted of possession of CSAM. They know who and what he was. And they're all so equally sick they live in comfort that the victims don't want to retraumatize themselves over everything he put them through. Dont support this families sick parade of using a monster to get sympathy. He was never ashamed of who he was. He loudly boasted his crimes and justified them. The family shouldn't sit there and pretend, how far from reality are they to sit and post this man publicly on news outlets, websites, knowing who he is. Do they need attention that badly? They don't want the attention from the truth. The victims will never get justice. Do not pray for him o
