A Teenager Disappears Without a Trace

On September 1, 2017, 14-year-old Steven David Lowery vanished from his home in Jacksonville, Florida. Described as 5 feet 1 inch tall, weighing 120 pounds, with blonde hair and blue eyes, Steven was last seen by his adoptive family.
