On February 14, 2020, a routine patrol in Natchitoches, Louisiana, escalated into a high-speed chase that would leave more questions than answers. Adrian A. Cox Jr., a 20-year-old local resident, was behind the wheel of a stolen black Nissan Altima when law enforcement attempted to initiate a traffic stop. Instead of complying, Cox led deputies on a 22-mile pursuit along Interstate 49, culminating in a crash near mile markers 151 to 153, just south of Ajax, Louisiana .
After the crash, Cox abandoned the vehicle and fled on foot into the adjacent swampy and wooded terrain. This area, characterized by dense vegetation and challenging topography, posed significant obstacles for search efforts. Despite an extensive manhunt involving ground teams, K-9 units, ATVs, and even horseback searches, no trace of Cox was found . The last known contact with him was a phone call to his family at 9:16 p.m., during which he stated he was lost in the woods before his phone battery died .
In the days following his disappearance, rumors surfaced suggesting that Cox had been picked up by a female acquaintance after fleeing the crash scene. However, his family firmly denied these claims, asserting that they had not received any information supporting this narrative . The lack of concrete evidence or credible sightings has only deepened the mystery surrounding his disappearance.
Standing at 5 feet 10 inches and weighing between 130 to 140 pounds, Cox was known for his distinctive appearance. He had medium-length dreadlocks, brown eyes, and several notable tattoos, including the word "Louisiana" on one forearm, a large music note on the opposite forearm, and a spiderweb on his elbow . At the time of his disappearance, he was wearing a black shirt or jacket....Read More

on Vanished at Sea: The Mysterious Disappearance of Cameron Booth Off Chincoteague's Coast
He was a criminal, an abuser, likely who didn't want to face justice of his actions and took his own life because he could not face the consequences of what he did. The victims have told the family his crimes, with evidence. The family knows he was arrested and convicted of possession of CSAM. They know who and what he was. And they're all so equally sick they live in comfort that the victims don't want to retraumatize themselves over everything he put them through. Dont support this families sick parade of using a monster to get sympathy. He was never ashamed of who he was. He loudly boasted his crimes and justified them. The family shouldn't sit there and pretend, how far from reality are they to sit and post this man publicly on news outlets, websites, knowing who he is. Do they need attention that badly? They don't want the attention from the truth. The victims will never get justice. Do not pray for him o
