A Quiet Departure from Farmington

Edgar L. Castro, a 25-year-old biracial man of Hispanic and Native American descent, was last seen on June 6, 2016, leaving his parents' residence in Farmington, New Mexico. Standing between 5'8" and 5'9" and weighing approximately 155 to 165 pounds, Edgar had black hair, brown eyes, and a thin mustache at the time of his disappearance. His departure was unremarkable, with no indications of distress or plans for an extended absence.

Discovery of Abandoned Vehicle

Nearly a month later, on July 4, 2016, Edgar's truck was found abandoned and stuck in the sand near Tuba City, Arizona. Notably, the bicycle he typically kept in the back of the truck was missing.
