A Life Interrupted: Who Is Seth Svabik?

Seth Thomas Svabik, born on November 27, 1987, was a 31-year-old man from Youngstown, Ohio, when he vanished in early 2019. Standing 6 feet 2 inches tall and weighing between 140 and 150 pounds, Seth was known for his distinctive tattoos and piercings. He had a heart with wings tattooed on his upper arm, a star on the inside of his forearm, and the word "Family" on the outside of his forearm. His tongue and bottom lip were pierced, and he often sported a goatee. Despite battling a long-standing history of drug abuse, Seth maintained regular contact with his family, reaching out for help when needed.  

The Final Known Movements: January 9, 2019

On January 9, 2019, Seth left a sober living facility in Niles, Ohio, after relapsing. Later that evening, around 8:30 p.m., he attempted to check into a Motel 6 on Belmont Avenue in Liberty Township, a suburb of Youngstown. However, due to his erratic and paranoid behavior, the motel staff refused him a room and asked him to leave. This encounter marks the last confirmed sighting of Seth.
