A Quiet Morning in Scotia

On February 17, 1997, 25-year-old Eric Scott Day departed from his family's home in Scotia, California, intending to attend a court appearance in Eureka. He also had a scheduled appointment at Redwood Memorial Hospital to replace the cast on his broken left foot. Eric never arrived at either destination and has not been seen since.  

The Last Known Sighting

Eric was last observed in Rio Dell, California, on the day of his disappearance. Despite his plans, he failed to appear for both his court and medical appointments. At the time, he was using crutches due to his broken leg.
