Laura Anne Hook was an 18-year-old woman from Rockingham, North Carolina, whose life took a mysterious turn when she vanished on February 7, 1992. Born on October 13, 1973, Laura was described as a blonde-haired, blue-eyed Caucasian female, standing 5 feet 8 inches tall and weighing approximately 215 pounds . She had distinctive tattoos—a heart with the initials "RP" on her left arm and a cross on her left hand—and pierced ears. The Night She Disappeared

On the evening of February 7, 1992, Laura was last seen by her manager at Fat Boys Nightclub in Rockingham, North Carolina . She was wearing a black shirt, blue jeans, a blue jean coat, black sneakers, and cross earrings . The following day, February 8, she was reportedly seen in Wadesboro, North Carolina, but this sighting remains unconfirmed .
