Kelly Irene Clinton, a 51-year-old woman known to many in St. Charles, Missouri, was last seen on October 23, 2019. Despite facing homelessness, Kelly maintained regular contact with her family, often reaching out through phone calls and texts. Her sudden disappearance has left a void in the community and a family desperate for answers.

The Last Known Movements

On the evening of October 22, 2019, Kelly contacted her family around 8:50 p.m., reportedly from the Skate Park in St. Charles. The following day, she was dropped off near the 3200 block of Elm Park Industrial Drive, close to Elm Street and Huster Road—a location she was known to frequent.
