A Young Woman Disappears in Memphis

In mid-October 2003, 19-year-old Celiscia Lastacia Neely left her home at 1057 Atlantic Street in Memphis, Tennessee, and vanished without a trace. The exact date of her disappearance is recorded as October 15, 2003. Despite efforts by her family and the Memphis Police Department, no substantial leads have emerged over the years. Her case remains open and unsolved. 

Physical Description and Background

At the time she went missing, Celiscia was described as an African-American female, standing between 5'3" and 5'5" tall, weighing approximately 130 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes.
