In the winter of 2019, a 31-year-old man named Paul Matison vanished in Rochester, New York, under distressing circumstances. On February 11th, he was last seen wearing a green jacket or sweatshirt with dark-colored pants and no shoes. That day, events took a tragic turn after he was involved in a car accident on Court Street.
