In the late summer of 2018, concern grew for a Jacksonville, Florida family when 15-year-old John Manigault was not seen again after September 2nd. A young man of Black / African American ethnicity, John was described as being approximately 5'9" tall and weighing around 145 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes.
