Shirley Elizabeth Butler, 53, was last seen on the morning of December 30, 2015, leaving her home in the 400 block of Sand Bar Ferry Road in Augusta, Georgia. She reportedly frequented the areas around 2nd Street, Telfair Street, and the Olmstead Homes housing complex. At the time of her disappearance, Butler suffered from multiple medical conditions, including bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, and diabetes, which heighten concerns about her safety.
