In the summer of 2015, a 20-year-old woman named Carmen Forsythe disappeared from Salem, Oregon, leaving behind a trail of unanswered questions. At the time of her disappearance on June 15, 2015, Carmen was reportedly experiencing homelessness in the Salem area.
