Wilfred Simms Missing Person Case

In the spring of 2014, 77-year-old Wilfred Oscar Simms was last seen by his family in Upper Darby, a township in Delaware County, Pennsylvania. It was not entirely unusual for Mr. Simms to be out of touch with his relatives for extended periods. He had a history of disappearing, but he would always, eventually, make contact. This pattern offered a familiar rhythm of concern followed by relief for his loved ones. He was known to frequent both the Upper Darby and the larger Philadelphia areas.
