In the late winter of 2024, concern grew for the well-being of 81-year-old Betty Jean Sims Knight, a resident of Yukon, Oklahoma. She was last seen on March 19, 2024, and as time passed with no word, her disappearance prompted a search. Betty, a Black / African American female, stood at 5 feet 4 inches tall and weighed around 170 pounds. She has black hair and brown eyes.
