Arthur John Levario Sr. was 41 years old when he was last seen in Phoenix, Arizona, on January 1, 1970. A White male with brown hair and brown eyes, Levario stood between 5'9" and 6'0" and weighed approximately 170 to 180 pounds. He had a distinctive scar on his left elbow. Levario was also known by the aliases Arthur John Levario Sr., Arthur Lebario, and Arthur Levarro. The only publicly available photograph of him was taken around 1948, more than two decades before he vanished.
