In the summer of 2018, the family of 26-year-old Charles 'Ben' Lee was thrown into a state of uncertainty and fear. The last time his father saw him was on July 3, 2018. Following that final sighting, information surfaced that Charles had been discharged from Interfaith Medical Center in Brooklyn, New York, on July 6, 2018.
