In the summer of 2018, a shadow of concern fell over a family in Clackamas County, Oregon, when 84-year-old Larry Charles Nelson was reported missing. On June 21st, the elderly man, a resident of Milwaukie, vanished, leaving behind his phone, keys, and even his eyeglasses. The last confirmed sighting of Larry was captured by a surveillance camera at the Penny Market on Southeast Stark Street in Portland, Oregon.
